Purpose: This tool can be used to remove residue in the casing wall on concrete blocks,
cement ring, hard wax, the crystallization of various salts or sediments, and the casing
corrosion perforation burr produced by iron oxide and other post-dirt, in order to smooth
down into a variety of downhole tools.
